I need a free program that can add subtitles to image files?
I have some Bitmaps (BMP) and JPEGs and I want a program that can easily add subtitles to them, as a better way that just using Paint.
You can get Google Picasa, it allows you to edit very easily pictures, add text, and watermarks to any image… And it’s free.
